Bulgari Training Manager – Mexico City. Lead L&D programs, boutique coaching, and retail KPI management across LATAM luxury boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering jewelry, watches, accessories, and consultative selling techniques for directly owned boutiques and franchise partners
- Conduct in-store and off-site coaching sessions focused on product knowledge, soft skills, and delivering elevated client experiences through storytelling and service excellence
- Lead "Train the Trainer" initiatives to equip boutique managers and regional area sales managers with capabilities to deliver consistent training across the network
- Partner with store managers and retail directors on training needs assessment, program design, and ongoing performance follow-up
- Administer and monitor the FHH watch certification program across all client advisors on a continuous basis
- Oversee mystery shopping initiatives, tracking results against brand objectives and implementing remedial actions as required
- Develop localized training materials, collateral, and digital content adapted for diverse audiences including retail teams, business partners, and office staff
- Conduct retail KPI analysis—including conversion rates, NPS scores, and e-learning completion—to identify development opportunities and inform L&D strategy
- Deliver onboarding "Brand" training for new LATAM employees, ensuring consistent cultural assimilation
- Support regional projects, events, and conventions across the LATAM territory in collaboration with regional and global training stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to company norms, procedures, and Voice of the Client protocols
- Translate selective training guidelines and materials between English and Spanish as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales coaching, training program delivery, or talent development within luxury retail
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies (Andragogy)
- Proven track record developing and localizing training curriculum and collateral
- Excellent presentation and group facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
- Strong command of both English and Spanish (fluency required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems
- Basic technical knowledge of watch micro-mechanics and horology
- Solid commercial awareness and retail sales acumen with familiarity in luxury hard goods and accessories sectors

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales coaching, training program delivery, or talent development, with proven success mentoring and developing retail teams in a luxury environment. Background in luxury hard goods retail (watches, jewelry, accessories) is essential.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in human resources, adult education, business administration, or related field is advantageous.
