Bulgari Paris seeks Trade Marketing & Events Assistant for 6-month internship. Support luxury boutique activations, events, and wholesale operations across France and Monaco.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in planning and organization of boutique activations and zonal events (domestic and international)
- Provide logistical support for event organization and execution
- Coordinate and brief external service providers during events
- Develop and implement marketing animation plans to acquire and retain clientele
- Monitor event budgets and financial performance
- Manage and track inventory and stock allocation
- Conduct competitive market analysis and benchmarking
- Support the wholesale division in collaboration with the Commercial Director
- Execute additional ad-hoc projects as required
Qualifications
- Enrolled in M1/M2 gap year or final-year studies program
- Previous internship experience in events management or project coordination
- Fluent English proficiency, both oral and written (daily communication with Rome headquarters; report writing in English)
- Understanding of the marketing mix within luxury houses (sales, distribution, communications, merchandising)
- Strong passion for and cultural sensitivity to the luxury sector
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Highly organized and structured approach to work
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Responsive, flexible, and adaptable mindset

Experience
Minimum one successful internship in events management or project coordination required.
Education
Currently enrolled in M1/M2 gap year or final-year degree program (marketing, business, communications, or related discipline preferred).
