Bvlgari Perfumes is hiring a Trade & Product Marketing Manager in New York to drive North American fragrance growth with luxury retail partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary marketing contact for key North American retail partners including Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, Saks Global, Macy's, and Dillard's
- Develop and participate in retailer market presentations, business reviews, and project briefs to cultivate strong partnerships and identify growth opportunities
- Support retailer-specific marketing strategies aligned with launch priorities, seasonal initiatives, and business objectives
- Assist in execution of integrated 360° marketing programs across in-store, digital, experiential, and promotional channels
- Support co-op marketing initiatives including retailer.com visibility, digital media, sampling, clienteling, and events
- Partner with field sales teams to develop and execute in-store events, masterclasses, and retailer activations
- Identify opportunities to drive visibility, productivity, and conversion across brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels
- Manage retailer marketing and event budgets, calendars, timelines, and project recaps with accurate execution and timely delivery
- Support North American launch execution and core business priorities across the fragrance portfolio
- Conduct competitive analysis, launch recaps, and business performance reviews to support strategic recommendations
- Leverage Circana/NPD reporting and retailer sales data to identify category trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities
- Lead annual collateral forecasting and budget management for sampling, gift-with-purchase programs, and retailer marketing assets
- Partner cross-functionally to strategically allocate sampling and collateral investments based on business priorities
- Support development of strategic sampling and consumer engagement programs to drive awareness, trial, and brand growth
- Translate business performance data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate across Global, Commercial Sales, Retail Operations, Finance, and E-Commerce teams
- Support communication of business updates, launch information, and marketing priorities across departments
- Plan and execute elevated in-store experiences and visual merchandising aligned with Bvlgari's luxury positioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or related industries
- Experience working with luxury department stores and national retail partners strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of the North American prestige beauty and fragrance landscape
- Previous experience partnering with field sales teams and retail environments preferred
- Experience managing sampling programs, collateral forecasting, and marketing budgets required
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate business performance into actionable insights
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
- Passion for luxury retail, product storytelling, and elevated client experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
- Experience with Circana/NPD and retailer reporting platforms preferred
