Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process for interns and apprentices and assist the Talent Acquisition team with experienced hires (job postings, CV pre‑selection, prequalification calls).
  • Coordinate interview logistics and produce the necessary candidate documentation.
  • Represent the Maison at campus events and coordinate site visits and employer‑brand presentations.
  • Plan and coordinate in‑person and virtual training sessions, including scheduling, venue booking and vendor liaison.
  • Manage invitations, registrations and attendance tracking for training and development programmes.
  • Prepare and maintain training materials: presentations, participant guides and evaluation forms.
  • Update recruitment tracking files and contribute to the accuracy of HR dashboards and reporting.
  • Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) data integrity and accessibility.
  • Process and follow up invoices related to Talent Acquisition and L&D via SAP.

Qualifications

  • Current Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Hospitality, Industrial/Work Psychology or a related field.
  • First internship or work experience in human resources; prior exposure to the luxury industry is an advantage.
  • Native French speaker with excellent English (C1).
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Curious, proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude for an international workplace.

Experience
