Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and represent Bulgari in inter-company and inter-division sustainability projects promoted by the LVMH Group, managing stakeholders, timelines and deliverables.
  • Support implementation of Bulgari Jewellery’s sustainability roadmap by participating in audit programmes, due diligence processes and training initiatives.
  • Design and execute audit and training plans for third‑party suppliers based on supplier risk assessments.
  • Collect, record and maintain sustainability and compliance data to enable analysis and reporting.
  • Coordinate, supervise and contribute to the delivery of training programmes for the Manifattura and external suppliers, either directly or by supporting trainers.
  • Review internal procedures to identify impacts, risks and opportunities for improvement and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in sustainability, compliance, audit or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in an economic, scientific or related discipline.
  • Demonstrable project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably within jewellery, watchmaking or luxury goods.
  • Excellent written and spoken Italian and English; French is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, observational and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately monthly).
