Supply Planner at Bulgari Dublin – Plan jewellery supply chains using Anaplan & SAP for luxury LVMH group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan long-term and short-term production scheduling for the jewellery business, maintaining daily hands-on collaboration with manufacturing plants to align capacity with demand and prioritize urgent production needs
- Project and monitor central and global stock availability, stock levels, and product flows to ensure service level objectives are achieved; translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Utilize, maintain, and contribute to continuous improvement of advanced planning tools and ERP systems (Anaplan and SAP S/4HANA), performing rigorous data validation and accuracy checks
- Prepare and deliver regular reporting activities, including coverage reports, production schedules, and supply-related KPIs to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or demand planning, preferably within luxury goods
- Deep proficiency with ERP systems, particularly Anaplan and SAP S/4HANA
- Advanced analytical capability with strong data synthesis and reporting skills
- Proven ability to manage complex planning processes across multiple stakeholder functions
