Bulgari in Dublin seeks a Supply Chain Data Intern (Perfume Data Support) to work on Power BI, DAX and SQL within the Perfume Supply Chain team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI DAX measures and data models to support the Perfume Supply Chain team.
- Implement changes to Power BI visualizations and front‑end components (filters, bookmarks, reports).
- Monitor and reconcile Power BI data against legacy systems and source systems to ensure data integrity.
- Preprocess, cleanse and analyse datasets and design visualisations that convert data into actionable supply chain insights.
- Define, organise and execute data‑check procedures and day‑to‑day data governance tasks.
- Document Perfume DAX logic, KPIs and reporting specifications for stakeholders.
- Provide user support for Power BI navigation, filtering and report consumption.
- Contribute to ad hoc analytics projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Power BI data modelling and front‑end report design.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation.
- Familiarity with Power BI DAX and visualization best practices.
- Proficiency in common IT applications (Microsoft Office).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ownership of deliverables.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and a customer‑oriented approach to internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise, work under tight deadlines and maintain composure under pressure.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence or supply chain support (internships, project work or professional roles). Experience reconciling BI outputs with legacy systems is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree (or current enrolment) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
