Bulgari seeks Supply & Demand Planner in Dublin, Ireland. Manage forecasting, inventory planning and supply optimization for luxury jewellery brand within LVMH.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define sales forecasts for existing products, collecting, checking and analyzing all necessary information to increase forecasting accuracy and service level
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing departments on new products forecasting and act as pivot to integrate forecasts into the global forecast
  • Act as a forecasting interface with local and central departments
  • Manage phase-in and phase-out implications on forecast and cannibalization of novelties on existing products
  • Participate in forecast validation process to match forecast against budget and related revisions, 3-year plan and budget definition
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to demand planning and actual sales, including forecast accuracy
  • Develop the forecasting process, proposing new forecasting models and acting as key user for relevant application implementation and development
  • Ensure one single integrated forecast process across markets while managing product peculiarities
  • Define inventory level targets on each item to meet service level targets
  • Calculate supply needs on a monthly basis to achieve inventory and service level targets
  • Report and monitor service level and supply planning/production KPIs
  • Monitor stock valorisation and obsolescence, taking actions in collaboration with Finance & Administration, Sales and Marketing to ensure financial targets are met
  • Work transversally with Demand, Supply and Distribution teams to maintain inventory levels by managing short-term priorities and hedging against medium and long-term risks
  • Facilitate local Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to evaluate all supply and inventory impacts
  • Ensure smooth new product introduction by supplying sufficient products on time
  • Lead the phase-out process with Commercial, Marketing, Finance & Administration and Central planning departments to support assortment revisions and avoid overstock and obsolescence

Qualifications

  • University degree in Supply Chain or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2–3 years of previous experience in a Supply Chain role or equivalent
  • Strong quantitative data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create ad-hoc tools
  • Knowledge of planning techniques and models
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or BW
  • Fluency in English
  • Either Chinese language proficiency or strong knowledge of APAC markets
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally
  • Strong team player with ability to work with diverse groups in a productive manner

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, demand planning, or closely related functions, with demonstrated expertise in forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Education

University degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or equivalent field; or a combination of advanced professional certification in supply chain planning and substantial practical experience.
