Bulgari seeks a Supply & Demand Planner in Dublin (hybrid). Permanent role focused on forecasting, S&OP and inventory planning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and maintain sales forecasts for existing products, collecting, validating and analysing inputs to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to produce new-product forecasts and integrate launches into the global demand plan.
- Act as forecasting interface across local and central teams, ensuring a single integrated forecast process while managing product specificities.
- Manage phase-in/phase-out impacts and cannibalisation of novelties on legacy SKUs; lead product discontinuation workflows with Commercial, Marketing and Finance.
- Set and monitor inventory level targets per item to meet service-level objectives and calculate monthly supply requirements to achieve those targets.
- Report and monitor demand- and supply-related KPIs (forecast accuracy, service level, supply planning/production metrics) and propose improvements.
- Develop forecasting processes and propose new models; serve as key user for IT implementations and collaborate with IT for application development.
- Animate the local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to assess supply and inventory impacts and manage short-term priorities while hedging medium/long-term risks.
- Monitor stock valuation and obsolescence creation, and coordinate corrective actions with Finance, Sales and Marketing to protect financial targets.
Qualifications
- University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a supply chain, demand planning or forecasting role.
- Fluency in English is required; either Chinese language proficiency or demonstrable knowledge of APAC markets is strongly desirable.
- Proven analytical aptitude with strong quantitative data-analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills and solid command of MS Office.
- Knowledge of SAP and/or BW and familiarity with planning techniques and forecasting models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in supply chain, demand planning or inventory management; experience with S&OP processes, forecasting and working across commercial, finance and supply teams. Prior exposure to planning in a multi-market or APAC context is advantageous.
Education
University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
