Bulgari seeks a Strategic Purchasing Intern to support its Purchasing Manager in implementing purchasing and CSR initiatives at its Neuchâtel watchmaking entity. The six-month, full-time internship begins in February 2027 and is divided equally between indirect purchasing and CSR activities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Purchasing Manager and contribute to implementing the purchasing strategy.
  • Propose alternatives to help reduce indirect purchasing OPEX costs (50% of the role).
  • Participate in purchasing negotiations.
  • Conduct one or two tenders on strategic topics.
  • Collaborate with supply teams at the manufacture, providing appropriate information and support.
  • Drive and support purchasing CSR initiatives (50% of the role).
  • Map suppliers and provide relevant analysis.
  • Collect and analyse purchasing data.
  • Structure and formalise internal processes.
  • Participate in meetings with the Rome headquarters and LVMH.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master 2 qualification and due to graduate from a business or engineering school.
  • Seeking a final-year internship to complete the course of study.
  • French as a native language.
  • Proficient in English; Italian is an advantage.
  • Curious, dynamic, rigorous and proactive, with the ability to make proposals.
  • Sensitive to the needs and constraints of other departments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and synergies.
  • Interest in project management and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions with different stakeholders.
