Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities across the regional boutique network and serve as primary point of contact for boutique teams on operational matters
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely resolution and quality of works; track and monitor maintenance requests, interventions, and completion status
• Support preparation of reports, updates, and scenario presentations for headquarters
• Ensure smooth and consistent communication between region and headquarters; maintain clear visibility on ongoing activities and follow-ups
• Track key actions, timelines, and deliverables across retail initiatives; assist in aligning regional priorities with headquarters expectations
• Support coordination of boutique projects across different phases, including tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Participate in project meetings and ensure follow-up on action points; support preparation of documentation and internal reporting
• Assist in CAPEX and OPEX tracking including purchase order follow-up and budget monitoring; maintain organized and up-to-date project and operational documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, architecture, construction, or operations
• Experience in multi-project environments
• Exposure to international or regional environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong follow-up and coordination capabilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail, architecture, construction, or operations. Multi-project and international or regional environment exposure preferred.
