Bulgari Store Manager in Suzhou, Shanghai – lead retail operations for luxury jewelry boutique in Asia Pacific region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain revenues and profitability across all business areas: sales, operations, and after-sales services
  • Actively participate in commercial events and maintain visible community presence to develop existing and new client relationships while projecting a positive brand image
  • Assess store operational needs and communicate requirements to corporate and local departments, including premises and maintenance coordination
  • Monitor and guarantee optimal product display in-store and window displays, adhering to brand guidelines and standards
  • Ensure comprehensive training of sales and back-office staff to enhance technical product knowledge, develop sales techniques, and improve stock management
  • Efficiently and effectively manage store inventory and stock levels
  • Actively enforce security, sales, and stock processes and procedures across all team members
  • Resolve client concerns and disputes with professionalism and discretion
  • Verify alignment to discount policies and payment methods applied by the sales force; authorize exceptions in advance as appropriate
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching tools to help sales staff increase performance
  • Act as organizational interface with local Marketing, ensuring implementation of CRM strategies and procedures to enhance customer base quality and quantity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail operations and boutique management
  • Extensive product knowledge of Bulgari or other luxury brands; specific knowledge of jewelry and watches preferred
  • Proven team management and coaching capabilities
  • Presentable professional appearance and ability to manage pressure and handle unpredictable tasks
