Bulgari seeks a Store Manager for Bulgari Fragrances in Shanghai (Daimaru) to lead sales, operations and brand presentation.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the boutique sales team to maximise individual and collective performance, including customer service, product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Organise daily store activities, allocate tasks and priorities, and ensure effective time management and clear operational guidance for each team member.
- Maintain team stability and a collaborative culture by enforcing company policies, fostering productive relationships with mall teams and corporate stakeholders, and promoting open communication.
- Oversee store operations: implement retail operating procedures, monitor and optimise stock supply and inventory, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Manage incident handling and escalation, ensuring discipline and regulatory compliance through example and timely reporting.
- Deliver pre‑ and after‑sales customer service, proactively identify client needs and resolve customer requests to maximise satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive sales performance by setting and executing store sales plans, analysing sales reports, monitoring market and competitor activity, and recommending improvement measures.
- Report store and employee sales performance to the retail manager, provide actionable feedback and propose initiatives to sustain healthy, long‑term growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador: articulate the brand’s heritage, values and vision, and lead the team to uphold brand image and in‑store presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in cosmetics or luxury retail, including at least 1 year in store or counter management.
- Well‑groomed, professional appearance with an engaging and outgoing manner.
- Demonstrable execution capability with strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent communication, situational judgement and adaptability; proactive, responsible and collaborative team player.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in cosmetics or luxury retail sales, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or store/counter management role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, cosmetics, or related fields preferred.
