Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire boutique team and operations to achieve sales objectives and service KPIs.
- Ensure optimal store maintenance, safety, and functionality, adhering to product assortment and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage store stock efficiently, proposing corrective actions as needed.
- Implement company norms and procedures, including discounts and promotions.
