Bulgari Store Manager position in Nanjing — lead retail team, achieve sales targets, manage daily operations in luxury fragrance boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop all team members, cultivating expertise in customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and core retail competencies
- Manage team scheduling, task prioritization, and performance guidance to ensure operational excellence and staff stability
- Oversee store operations in strict compliance with company standards, monitoring inventory supply and stock optimization
- Address and escalate urgent matters, maintaining full adherence to company policies and procedures
- Deliver exceptional pre- and post-sale customer service; proactively identify customer needs and address concerns promptly
- Manage store sales targets and ensure sustainable, healthy sales performance; create and analyze sales plans and reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; provide regular feedback to the Retail Manager on store and team performance with actionable improvement recommendations
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador, clearly articulating brand history, values, and vision while leading the team in maintaining brand and store image
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cosmetics or luxury goods retail
- At least 1 year of boutique, counter, or store management experience
- Polished appearance, excellent skin tone, and outgoing, warm, and personable demeanor
- Strong communication and adaptability skills with demonstrated initiative and responsibility
