Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive long-term business growth.
- Develop the team's potential in customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and core skills.
- Organize work allocation, set task priorities, and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure team stability and foster a collaborative and productive atmosphere.
- Implement and monitor store operations and inventory management.
- Handle and report store incidents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Deliver exceptional pre- and post-sale customer service and address customer needs promptly.
- Manage and ensure the achievement of store sales goals and maintain healthy sales data.
- Develop sales plans, analyze sales reports, and monitor market and competitor information.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining and promoting Bulgari's brand image and culture.
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in cosmetics or luxury sales, with at least 1 year in store or counter management.
- Presentable appearance with good skin quality, and an outgoing, enthusiastic personality.
- Strong execution, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and responsible work ethic.
