Bulgari seeks a Store Manager in Mexico City (Moliere/Polanco) to lead sales, develop teams and drive store performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store commercial performance: support the sales team to achieve budget, monitor and analyse KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) and implement corrective action plans.
- Define and execute the store business plan and quarterly strategy in coordination with Senior Retail Director and cross-functional partners.
- Manage category and product performance: use sales and inventory reports to recommend assortments and promotional actions with Merchandising partners.
- Control payroll and store costs in line with HR budget; manage discounting within policy and safeguard margin.
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team: deliver training on the Bulgari selling ceremony, storytelling and service standards; conduct performance reviews and individual development plans.
- Recruit and select talent in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, making final hiring decisions for the store team.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with store procedures (loss prevention, inventory, HR policies); maintain visual merchandising standards and supervise implementation of corporate VM directives.
- Maintain strong CRM and clienteling practices to grow customer loyalty; develop local market strategy, cultivate key external partnerships and liaison with mall/marketing contacts.
- Maintain regular floor presence (approx. 70% on the sales floor) while ensuring effective back-office operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in luxury retail or working with luxury products; prior store management experience is required.
- Proven track record of people leadership with emphasis on motivating and developing staff at multiple career levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills, commercial acumen and ability to implement business initiatives swiftly.
- Conversational English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Availability to work retail hours including weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn in‑house retail applications (Beanstore, Sales Force, SAP).
- Established local networks and knowledge of local marketing/media channels are highly valued.

Experience
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in luxury retail or with luxury products, including several years in a managerial role with responsibility for team development, P&L awareness and KPI-driven performance management.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Retail Management, Luxury Brand Management or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
