Bulgari seeks a Store Manager in Manchester (Selfridges) to lead store performance, clienteling and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as Brand Ambassador and lead by example to instil a client-centric culture and high standards of hospitality across the store.
- Drive sales performance and exceed store KPIs through daily briefs, on-floor leadership and strategic execution of sales plans.
- Design and implement clienteling programmes: recruit new clients, host in-store events, leverage digital tools and strengthen relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Coach, develop and retain a high-performing, multicultural team through regular feedback, recognition and structured career paths in partnership with HR and Retail Training leadership.
- Oversee store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, grooming standards, safety and maintenance to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.
- Monitor market and competitive trends and translate insights into local initiatives and omnichannel actions to grow the business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in luxury retail with proven people leadership and store P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a premium or luxury environment.
- Proven experience in clienteling and running local acquisition and retention initiatives (events, digital activation, VIP servicing).
- Strong coaching capability with experience recruiting, developing and retaining multicultural teams.
- Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen and knowledge of local market dynamics.

Experience
Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in luxury retail, including responsibility for sales targets, P&L awareness and managing multicultural teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; professional qualifications in retail management or luxury brand management are advantageous but not mandatory.
