Bulgari Geneva Store Manager position: lead flagship boutique operations and 9-person team. 10+ years luxury retail management experience required. Full-time, permanent role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of nine sales and operational staff to deliver exceptional client experiences across all touchpoints, including in-store, click-and-collect, and after-sales services
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive clienteling strategy aligned with brand objectives, managing individual client portfolios, tracking clienteling KPIs, and fostering omnichannel engagement
  • Maintain mastery of store KPIs and business metrics; assess performance continuously, develop 360° action plans, and implement improvements to drive sales and productivity across all channels
  • Ensure team expertise in product knowledge, luxury service delivery, storytelling, and selling techniques through coaching, mentoring, and identification of training needs
  • Coordinate retail operations with internal departments (Digital/e-Commerce, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Client Development) to achieve corporate objectives and operational synergy
  • Recruit and develop high-performing talent; contribute to hiring decisions and foster a positive, harmonious work environment that reflects the Maison's values
  • Cascade business objectives to team members with clarity and precision; communicate results and feedback regularly while empowering talent and delegating responsibilities
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Maison procedures and policies; champion brand values and foster a client-centric, omnichannel culture within the store
  • Leverage local networks and cultivate key industry relationships to recruit new clients and expand portfolio development
  • Provide hands-on leadership by actively participating on the selling floor to motivate and coach advisors toward assigned sales and productivity goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior retail management position within a high-end luxury boutique
  • Demonstrated expertise in luxury retail store operations, sales techniques, and omnichannel retail strategy
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding client portfolios and developing strong customer relationships
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, merchandising, and visual merchandising practices
  • Experience managing and developing a team of 8+ people with a focus on training, coaching, and performance management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management systems
  • Fluency in English and French; Italian or German advantageous
  • Excellent networking, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
