Bulgari seeks a Store Director in Vancouver (Oakridge) to lead boutique sales, teams and operations. Senior luxury retail leadership role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the boutique to achieve and exceed sales budgets and store KPIs through hands‑on coaching, performance management and regular business reviews.
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly store business plans in alignment with the Regional VP and cross‑functional partners (merchandising, retail operations, marketing).
  • Build, mentor and evaluate a high‑performing sales team; own recruitment, staffing, scheduling, payroll accuracy and succession planning.
  • Deliver exceptional client development and CRM execution to deepen relationships, drive repeat business and expand the store’s VIP base.
  • Ensure flawless operational execution: visual merchandising standards, inventory control, loss prevention and adherence to retail policies and labour laws.
  • Translate category and sales reporting into actionable merchandising and selling strategies in collaboration with Merchandising.
  • Represent the brand locally by cultivating relationships with mall management, local partners and relevant external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in luxury retail or handling luxury product categories, with progressive managerial responsibility.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding store sales targets and managing store P&L drivers (personnel costs, discounting, inventory).
  • Demonstrated talent development skills, including recruitment, coaching, performance reviews and succession planning.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and the ability to convert market insight into measurable store initiatives.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and to maintain high professional grooming and conduct standards.

Experience

At least 10 years in luxury retail with substantial managerial experience leading boutique teams, demonstrated success in driving sales and client development, and a history of close cross‑functional collaboration with merchandising and operations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail or related fields.

The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 140,000 to CAD 150,000 per annum.
