Bulgari Store Director position in Santa Clara, California. Lead luxury boutique operations and team with $150K–$165K compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to perform at their highest potential whilst holding staff accountable for growth and development
- Support the sales team in achieving budget targets and analyze store KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to implement corrective action plans
- Develop and propose annual store strategy to the VP of Retail to meet all store goals and objectives
- Manage personnel costs in accordance with budget whilst controlling discount activity to comply with corporate policies
- Monitor the execution of Bulgari selling ceremony and coach sales associates on delivering unique, memorable shopping experiences
- Ensure all staff receives regular feedback (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and manages performance reviews and development plans
- Optimize in-store presence with at least 70% of time on the sales floor and 30% on back office activities
- Guarantee implementation of visual merchandising guidelines in accordance with corporate standards
- Partner with Retail Operations to ensure adherence to loss prevention policies and inventory management goals
- Drive client relationship building and in-store CRM strategy by transitioning from walk-in outreach to meaningful client engagement
- Monitor luxury jewelry market performance including competitor activities, pricing, and product trends to inform strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in a luxury retail environment
- Proven ability to cultivate industry-related networks and relationships
- Strategic thinking with demonstrated capability to make sound decisions and execute effective business actions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and store operation systems
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail management with demonstrated success leading boutique teams and driving sales performance in upscale retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 150,000 to USD 165,000 per annum.
