Bulgari seeks a Store Director in Dallas, TX to lead a new boutique—strategic retail leadership role with competitive pay $140k–$160k.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Dallas boutique to meet and exceed sales targets and store KPIs through coaching, monitoring and on‑floor leadership.
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly store strategies in alignment with the Regional VP of Retail, translating corporate objectives into local action plans.
- Own store P&L levers: manage personnel and discounting costs, oversee payroll adherence and optimise staffing levels.
- Recruit, develop and performance‑manage the store team; create succession plans and prepare direct reports for higher responsibilities.
- Ensure consistent execution of Bulgari selling standards, visual merchandising directives and elevated client service protocols.
- Drive client development and CRM strategies to deepen relationships, maximise repeat business and cultivate high‑value clientele.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Retail Operations and Loss Prevention on assortment performance, inventory control and compliance.
- Represent the boutique externally: build relationships with mall management, local partners and media to amplify market presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in luxury retail or working with high‑end luxury goods, with progressive responsibility.
- Proven track record of people leadership—hiring, coaching, performance management and talent development.
- Demonstrated ability to set strategy, make data‑driven decisions and deliver against budgeted sales and margin targets.
- Strong commercial acumen including experience with assortment performance, inventory oversight and loss prevention.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays; impeccable grooming and conduct standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude to learn boutique/retail systems; familiarity with CRM practices.

Experience
Minimum 10 years in luxury retail or dealing with luxury items, with proven managerial experience leading store teams and consistently delivering sales targets and operational excellence.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, ideally in business, retail management, luxury management or a related discipline.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 140,000 to USD 160,000 per annum.
