Role & Responsibilities
- Champion a clienteling mindset across the boutique and act as the store’s primary reference for CRM initiatives and projects.
- Translate CRM analysis and store context into an actionable client engagement strategy tailored to the local market.
- Define, implement and follow up on clienteling campaigns and client-portfolio development, including segmentation, targeting and ROI monitoring.
- Set collective and individual portfolio-development targets and event objectives at store level; monitor results and adjust action plans accordingly.
- Design personalised client action plans, support preparation for VIP appointments and oversee gifting strategies.
- Plan and manage in-store events: curate guest lists, leverage local partnerships and drive personalised experiences to strengthen client relationships.
- Collect and analyse user feedback to optimise CRM tools and improve end‑user experience and adoption.
- Train, coach and empower store teams on COSMO, client data capture, client engagement best practices and run daily briefings, mini-trainings and CRM contests.
Qualifications
- Proven background in CRM, clienteling or client portfolio management within luxury retail (ideally watches & jewellery or haute couture boutiques).
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute CRM campaigns, events and personalised client experiences.
- Strong coaching and communication skills with experience training frontline teams and driving behavioural change.
- Analytical capability to extract insights from CRM data and translate them into measurable action plans and ROI-driven targets.
- Proven competence in managing VIP client relationships and discretion in handling high-value clientele.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in CRM/clienteling or client portfolio management within luxury retail, with hands‑on responsibility for campaigns, events, VIP appointments and frontline coaching.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, hospitality or a related field preferred.
