Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a 'zero' loss tolerance through rigorous controls and daily vigilance.
- Manage and reconcile boutique inventory accurately to prevent shrinkage and ensure traceability.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring timeliness and adherence to transport and insurance limits.
- Administer consignment stock for PR, wholesale, staff entrustments and repairs, including carnet and high-jewelry items.
- Operate petty cash, float and banking processes with full accountability and documentation.
- Respond to inter-store requests and arrange redirection of carnets and important mail as required.
- Plan and execute regular stock counts and maintain a weekly stock-taking calendar.
- Oversee boutique supplies (water, office consumables, POS rolls, tax-free and personal stationery).
- Prepare and follow up export and VAT-off transactions and ensure compliance with relevant procedures.
- Complete month-end procedures and submit all required reports before deadlines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in store administration, inventory control or stock management within the luxury retail sector.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong numeracy skills and demonstrable accuracy with financial and inventory records.
- Practiced knowledge of luxury product handling, with an understanding of gemology and high-jewelry protocols preferred.
- Proven experience with SAP for inventory/stock and back-office operations.

At least three years' direct experience in store administration, stock control or inventory management within the luxury retail or jewellery/watch sector.
Education
Secondary education (A-levels or equivalent); a diploma or certificate in retail, business administration or logistics is preferred.
