Bulgari seeks Social Media Specialist in Rome, Italy. Drive brand growth through creative content strategies, campaign management, and audience engagement across global platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication projects with emphasis on content creation and editorial strategy across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube)
  • Develop and execute editorial strategy across all social platforms, ensuring cohesive brand narrative, compelling storytelling, and engaging content that drives community growth
  • Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics and provide insights and reports to track progress and identify improvement opportunities
  • Create and curate compelling, high-quality content during events and product launches across various social channels
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and standards
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns aligned with brand identity and objectives
  • Manage day-to-day social media account activities, including content scheduling, community management, and timely response to comments and messages
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative improvements to social presence
  • Monitor and manage social media budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to financial guidelines
  • Manage collaborations with content creators, from identification and briefing through content approval and performance tracking

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of professional experience in social media or similar roles
  • Preferably experience within the luxury or fashion industry
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and current trends
  • Proven experience creating and managing social media campaigns, including content creation during events and with celebrities and influencers
  • Strong knowledge of social media management and analytics tools
  • Fluency in English and Italian
