Bulgari Shanghai: Senior Trade Marketing Specialist role managing brand marketing, events, and retail strategy across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive brand marketing development and implementation while maintaining brand image and standards, coordinating with HQ to ensure global consistency with local market sensitivity
- Manage event concept development, including ideation, planning, and retro-planning across multiple phases; independently lead small-scale events and trade activities from conception to on-site execution
- Provide strategic support to medium and large-scale events, playing a proactive role in project delivery and ensuring retail traffic and sales conversion objectives are met
- Monitor and analyze domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities for the brand
- Assist with budget planning, budget control, and cost negotiation; track project performance against ROI and propose alternative solutions when facing budget constraints
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments (Trade Marketing, PR & Communications, CRM, Retail, Merchandising, Procurement) and external partners (agencies, franchisees, wholesalers, media)
- Manage administrative functions including PO creation, vendor payments, post-event reporting, print material coordination, and new project launch communications
Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing and events within the luxury industry or related sectors
- Proven knowledge and experience in event management with demonstrated project management capabilities
- Excellent understanding of luxury brand positioning and heritage
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
- Strong PowerPoint and graphic presentation skills with excellent judgment on presentation logic and data visualization

Experience
Minimum 5 years of solid professional experience in marketing, trade marketing, and events management within the luxury goods industry or a closely related luxury sector. Candidates should demonstrate proven capability in event conception, execution, and delivery, with a track record of managing both small-scale independent initiatives and providing substantive support to large-scale campaigns.
Education
University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
