Bulgari Shanghai: Senior Media Specialist to manage advertising placement, negotiate media buys, and orchestrate campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage placement, negotiation, and execution of Bulgari advertising across traditional media platforms
- Ensure brand visibility and budget allocation optimization across key markets
- Orchestrate seamless online-to-offline media campaigns driving qualified traffic to retail locations
- Optimize media spending efficiency through strategic negotiation, performance-based buying, and continuous vendor evaluation
- Identify emerging out-of-home and landlord placement opportunities to maintain Bulgari's market relevance
- Support development of yearly media strategy and conduct high-level negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including landlords and third-party partners
- Proactively communicate with internal local and global teams to ensure alignment on all initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal booking processes, local advertising regulations, and compliance policies
- Collect, consolidate, and validate reports from media partners and agencies
- Deliver work with precision, attention to detail, and discretion to meet brand standards
Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
- Proven experience in marketing roles within retail industry for well-known luxury brands
- Strong knowledge of production and promotional workflows
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Advanced computer literacy
