Bulgari seeks Senior Media & Digital Performance Specialist in Dubai to drive strategic media planning and digital growth across MEAI region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional media strategies aligned with business objectives and Maison priorities
- Build annual and campaign-specific media plans across digital, print, outdoor and emerging platforms
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of ATL campaigns in collaboration with regional media agencies
- Lead media planning and coordination of regional productions, including culturally significant campaigns such as Ramadan
- Brief agencies and external partners, ensuring deliverables align with brand guidelines and HQ expectations
- Support regional e-commerce activations, product launches and campaign implementation
- Monitor website performance, traffic and conversion metrics in collaboration with digital partners
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual e-commerce performance reports, tracking key metrics and translating data into actionable insights
- Partner closely with PR, CRM, Retail, Merchandising, Trade Marketing and Client Development teams to ensure integrated 360° campaign execution
- Act as the key media contact for regional franchisees and wholesale partners, ensuring alignment on campaign planning
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives
- Monitor media budgets, agency spending and invoicing to ensure efficient investment and ROI
- Manage day-to-day relationships with media agencies and digital partners, driving accountability through regular performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing or related discipline within luxury brand environment
- Proven expertise in developing and executing integrated media campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics and digital analytics
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience managing media budgets and agency relationships
- Knowledge of regional markets in Middle East, Africa and India
- Understanding of luxury brand positioning and omnichannel strategies

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in media planning, digital marketing, e-commerce management or closely related function. Demonstrated track record in developing and executing integrated media campaigns within the luxury sector, with proficiency in managing multi-channel initiatives, regional market strategies and cross-functional team coordination. Proven expertise in e-commerce performance optimization, digital analytics and budget management.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or related field. Advanced qualifications in media planning, digital marketing or luxury brand management are advantageous.
