Bulgari seeks Senior Manager, Retail Training in Los Angeles to lead West Coast training initiatives for luxury watches and jewelry. Travel required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze training content gaps and create targeted learning programs addressing identified needs
- Upskill sales teams and store managers on advanced watch knowledge, including high-end complications and horology foundations
- Design and deliver training curricula on Bulgari client experience, selling techniques, and brand heritage storytelling across jewelry, watch, and accessory collections
- Conduct retail coaching sessions, in-store observations, and provide constructive feedback to Store Directors and regional leadership
- Collaborate on the onboarding process and integration support for all regional retail hires
- Localize and adapt centralized training initiatives for regional market conditions and retail environments
- Establish and execute store visit schedules, monitoring progress against key regional business initiatives
- Prepare, deliver, and follow up on in-store training sessions with measurable outcomes
- Oversee all eLearning platform management and compliance monitoring across the assigned market
- Analyze Mystery Shop and Voice of Client feedback, creating targeted action plans to address performance gaps
- Manage departmental budget allocations and submit expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Execute ad-hoc projects and collaborate with interdepartmental committees as directed by senior leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in sales and/or training within a luxury goods environment
- Extensive knowledge of watch construction, complications, and high-end horology
- Foundation for Excellence in Horology (FHH) certification or equivalent luxury watch credentials preferred
- Deep understanding of competitive watch market dynamics and micro-mechanical principles
- Proven expertise with eLearning platform functionality and learning management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage departmental budgets and process financial documentation
- Capacity to operate effectively across diverse professional and retail environments

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales and/or training roles within the luxury sector, with demonstrated expertise in building and executing retail training programs at scale. Candidate should showcase a track record of upskilling sales teams, developing training content, and driving measurable improvements in client experience and sales performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional credentials in business, hospitality, education, or a related field preferred; extensive luxury retail experience may substitute for formal education at the discretion of leadership.
