Bulgari Mexico seeks a Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications to lead brand marketing, PR, and events in Mexico City. Hybrid role reporting to Country Brand Director.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement the local annual marketing and communication plan for Mexico, aligned with regional strategy, headquarters guidelines, and local business priorities in close coordination with the Regional Office and Country Brand Director
  • Develop and execute local press relations initiatives with the Regional PR and Brand team to secure appropriate media coverage and maximize brand awareness and visibility in line with brand objectives
  • Manage the market's marketing and communication budget with the Regional Office and Finance, ensuring accurate planning, allocation, tracking, and alignment with approved priorities
  • Partner with Regional Trade Marketing and Performance Events teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive sales and strengthen client relationships
  • Define and execute promotional plans across all sales channels, ensuring effective project management and local adaptation of marketing materials (CRM, BTL, etc.) in line with regional and headquarters direction
  • Lead the planning and execution of local customer, press, and trade events, ensuring alignment with business priorities and coordination with key stakeholders
  • Identify and implement sponsorship and branding activations aligned with brand strategy, local opportunities, and regional and headquarters direction
  • Monitor and share market trends, competitor activity, launches, and market share insights to support local and regional decision-making
  • Provide regular updates to the Country Brand Director on priorities, initiatives, results, and budget status
  • Partner with the Regional Office on event concepts, planning, and approvals, ensuring alignment with headquarters guidelines, brand objectives, and local priorities
  • Lead the local rollout of regional or headquarters-led event concepts and contribute market-relevant ideas where appropriate
  • Oversee vendor selection and production of event materials, including invitations, menus, gifting, and collateral, in line with approval processes
  • Prepare post-event reports and ROI analysis, highlighting results, learnings, and recommendations
  • Ensure timely invoice processing and accurate budget tracking for all marketing and event activities
  • Define the market co-op strategy with the Business Partner Manager, aligned with regional priorities and local business objectives
  • Oversee co-op plan approvals, budget allocation, and execution with the Regional Office and relevant stakeholders
  • Track and report co-op activation results and ROI, sharing key outcomes with stakeholders
  • Work with the Regional Office and Finance on budget planning, allocation, control, and reforecasting
  • Monitor performance and maintain accurate budget files, ensuring visibility on year-to-date status and key updates
  • Recommend budget adjustments based on business priorities, ROI, and approved plans
  • Develop and execute PR and branding activities in line with regional strategy, headquarters guidelines, and local priorities
  • Recommend actions to strengthen brand positioning across visibility, communication, and digital and traditional channels
  • Ensure a consistent Bulgari brand image across all local initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with press and key opinion leaders
  • Manage social media coverage and liaise with influencers for local initiatives, following regional guidance and approval processes
  • Support the development of PR reports for headquarters, ensuring timely, accurate, and relevant market feedback

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration required
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of retail marketing experience, including CRM, Client Experience, Events, and Visual Merchandising
  • PR experience in the Americas region with particular knowledge of the Mexican editorial market, including editorial negotiations, planning, influencer relationships, digital media relations, editorial link management, production, dressing support, and control
  • Excellence and precision in managing and controlling budgets
  • Skilled in preparing presentations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in relevant luxury brands
  • Professional proficiency in English required

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration required; MBA preferred.
