Bulgari Senior Manager, Client Development in New York — Lead regional luxury client strategy with $155–$175K annual salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead regular one-on-one coaching sessions with client advisors on client journey mapping, needs identification, and relationship development strategies
- Oversee Client Development initiatives across the region, strengthening store teams' ability to recruit and retain clients through effective outreach and relationship building
- Facilitate execution of clientele actions at store level while upholding brand standards of excellence
- Identify and implement strategies to increase customer traffic and client development through local boutique activations, event nominations, and targeted gifting programmes
- Broker business introductions and orchestrate initiatives to recruit local clients through partnerships, personal networks, and community networks
- Collaborate with Training and CRM teams to reinforce positive clienteling behaviours, identify improvement opportunities, and empower teams to achieve performance goals
- Maintain strategic partnerships with CRM, Events, High-End, and Training teams to drive in-store client strategy and ensure quality data capture aligned with regional priorities
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of client details and qualitative information in CRM systems
- Monitor store databases for appropriate client allocation and reassignment
- Interpret client trends, analyse sales data generated by appointments, and synthesize qualitative feedback on client development activities
- Support company-wide and store-level events and product launches, ensuring client attendance and sales goal achievement while capturing learnings for regional and national distribution
- Partner with High-End teams to coordinate exceptional local and international experiences for clients and contribute to regional Client Experience Guides
- Analyse customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights to support teams in maximizing customer retention
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in retail management, marketing, or CRM roles with proven focus on client engagement and community building
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury retail and/or luxury service industry environments
- Proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and motivating diverse teams through thoughtful leadership and innovative thinking
- Impeccable standards of presentation, service, and professionalism in luxury client interactions
- Established ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients while reinforcing CRM culture and best practices
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with consistent awareness of local events and community opportunities
- Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office software
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven marketing strategies
- Fluency in clear and concise oral and written communication across diverse teams and stakeholders
