Bulgari seeks Senior Client Advisor for flagship Rome store. Luxury sales role with 10+ years high-end retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales opportunities by engaging with every store entrance and managing clients at all touchpoints (browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints)
- Represent and promote Bulgari as a brand ambassador internally and externally, participating in networking events and acquiring new clientele
- Execute the complete sales process according to established service standards, from initial welcome through final packaging and after-sales support
- Enrich and maintain CRM database with high-quality client information; proactively develop prospects through targeted networking and one-to-one activities
- Execute customer relationship management activities as directed, including follow-up on watch maintenance and personalized after-sales service
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across all front-of-shop areas; ensure products are displayed and inventory is managed according to brand guidelines
- Apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines (security, fiscal, legal compliance)
- Contribute to achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and store targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in high-end retail sales
- In-depth knowledge of fine jewelry and luxury watches
- Outstanding selling skills with demonstrated track record of sales success
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuine passion for the Bulgari brand
