Bulgari — Senior Client Advisor, Flagship Store in Via Condotti, Rome. Full-time role delivering high-end jewellery & watch client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximise sales from every store entrance through personalised customer engagement and exemplary service from Welcome to final Packaging.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador both inside and outside the store, proactively prospecting and representing the maison at client and networking events.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including consultation, product presentation, negotiation and closing while meeting store KPIs.
- Operate as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects (browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints), ensuring customer satisfaction and restorative service where required.
- Maintain and enrich the CRM database with high-quality client data and execute one-to-one CRM activities and follow-ups per the Store Director’s guidance.
- Apply all sales-related procedures and compliance requirements (security, fiscal, legal) and ensure front-of-shop areas are tidy and merchandised according to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Perform front-office after-sales activities, coordinating watch maintenance and post-purchase service to preserve long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in high-end retail sales, preferably within fine jewellery and watches.
- Outstanding selling skills with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in a luxury retail environment.
- In-depth product knowledge of fine and high-end jewellery and watches; ability to advise clients authoritatively.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong CRM discipline and ability to develop prospects through networking and targeted clienteling.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and confident use of retail systems for sales and reporting.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, priority management, strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Experience
At least 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales, with proven success in fine jewellery and watch categories and a documented history of achieving sales KPIs and building long-term client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail/sales training, gemology or product-specific certification preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Rome, Lazio, Italy.
