Senior Client Advisor at Bulgari Milan flagship store. Luxury retail role requiring 5–6 years' experience in fine jewelry sales and CRM expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales opportunities from all customer entrances and manage the complete sales process from welcome to packaging
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by representing and promoting Bulgari inside and outside the store, engaging potential customers and participating in networking events
- Handle all client inquiries including browsing, purchases, after-sales services, and complaint resolution
- Enrich and maintain CRM database with high-quality client data; develop prospects proactively through networking activities
- Perform all CRM 1-to-1 activities and after-sales services such as watch maintenance follow-ups
- Ensure front-of-store areas are neat, clean, and products are displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines
- Contribute to KPI achievement and maintain strong business awareness
- Apply all sales procedures and guidelines including discounts, security, and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in luxury retail sales
- Excellent selling skills with demonstrated ability to close transactions
- Knowledge of fine jewelry and watches
- Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding customer orientation
- Strong networking attitude and business awareness
- Fluency in English
- Good computer skills including MS Office proficiency

Minimum 5–6 years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales environments, preferably in fine jewelry or watches. Demonstrated track record of exceeding KPIs, managing high-net-worth clients, and developing strong customer relationships.
