Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional selling experience to all clients and prospects entering the boutique, whether browsing, purchasing, seeking care services, or lodging complaints, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's premium standards and leaves a lasting positive impression
  • Maintain accurate and current client information within the company's CRM system and execute personalized one-to-one CRM initiatives according to established guidelines
  • Address complex client complaints with diplomatic finesse, developing resolution strategies that preserve brand reputation while addressing client concerns
  • Serve as a proactive liaison between clients and local or central service departments, ensuring seamless coordination and timely follow-up
