Bulgari Shanghai IFC seeks Selling Supervisor to lead sales team, mentor Client Advisors, and drive exceptional client engagement in luxury watches and jewelry retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a positive work environment and empowering Client Advisors to achieve individual and collective goals
- Drive store sales through personal client engagement, demonstrating exemplary selling techniques, product expertise, and sales closing performance
- Model high-performance behaviors and best practices to inspire and guide junior Client Advisors
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of product lines including features, benefits, pricing, availability, and care services
- Provide ongoing mentorship and training to junior Client Advisors to enhance product knowledge and client service skills
- Support store operations including stock management, staff scheduling, and coordination with Deputy and Store Manager as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or fine watches and jewelry
- Demonstrated expertise in personal sales performance and client relationship management
- Strong knowledge of luxury products, particularly watches and fine jewelry
- Proven ability to mentor and develop junior sales staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with demonstrated success in luxury retail or fine watches and jewelry sectors. Proven track record in personal sales performance, client engagement, and team leadership is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional retail management or luxury retail training is advantageous.
