Bulgari in Shanghai seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead boutique sales, coach client advisors and drive product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and model high-performance selling through personal client interactions, closing sales and demonstrating advanced product knowledge.
- Coach, mentor and develop junior client advisors to elevate individual and collective sales performance and client service standards.
- Maintain and expand expert-level knowledge of the product range — features, benefits, pricing, availability and after‑sales care — and ensure the team’s product competence.
- Drive a positive, motivating boutique culture that enables team members to achieve personal and store targets.
- Support store operations as required, including stock control, merchandising standards and staff rostering in coordination with the store manager and assistant manager.
- Participate in and deliver training initiatives designed to improve team performance and client experience.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of personal sales achievement in luxury retail, preferably within watches and/or high‑jewelry.
- Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience in a boutique environment with responsibility for coaching or mentoring.
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with experience in stock control and basic retail administration.
- Commercial fluency in Mandarin Chinese; proficiency in English is advantageous.

Experience
Minimum three years' experience in luxury retail sales, with at least one year in a supervisory or team‑lead role; previous experience selling watches and/or high‑jewelry preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or formal training in retail, luxury goods, or hospitality is preferred.
