Bulgari seeks a Sales Supervisor in Hangzhou to lead boutique sales, coach advisors and drive performance in the Watches & Jewellery boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the boutique sales team by modelling high-performance selling behaviours and achieving personal sales targets.
- Drive store revenue by engaging clients directly, closing sales and converting opportunities through superior clienteling.
- Coach and develop junior client advisors through one-to-one feedback, product training and on-the-floor mentoring.
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge across the Watches & Jewellery range — features, benefits, pricing, availability and aftercare services.
- Deliver and participate in training initiatives designed to elevate team performance and product expertise.
- Support operational tasks as required, including inventory control, stock reconciliation and staff rostering in coordination with the store manager and deputy manager.
- Foster a positive, motivated workplace that enables advisors to meet individual and collective targets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable success in luxury retail sales with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in a boutique environment, with the ability to coach and develop sales consultants.
- Strong commercial acumen, clienteling skills and a customer-first mentality.
- Able to maintain and communicate in-depth product knowledge and to deliver product demonstrations confidently.
- Organisational competence in inventory control and basic store operations; dependable and punctual with flexible availability for retail hours.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail with demonstrable sales performance and at least some supervisory or lead responsibilities in a boutique setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, business, hospitality or a related field preferred.
