Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and accommodate clients, facilitate vendor introductions, and ensure rapid client attention
• Provide beverage service to clients and provide sales support during transactions
• Participate in group sales exhibitions and special events organized by Bulgari
• Execute all stock management operations according to established procedures and assist with inventory counts
• Administer all sales operations including client database management and data verification
• Receive, control merchandise inventory, register purchases in the appropriate system, and label supplies
• Maintain boutique organization and cleanliness standards
• Liaison with headquarters and ensure compliance with security protocols
• Support management team in scheduling and staffing planning while proposing process improvements
• Monitor and report on boutique KPIs including customer voice, mystery shopping results, and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Upper-level education in business administration or marketing
• Fluent English language proficiency
• Demonstrated interest in high jewelry and horology
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Organized and structured approach to work with analytical and synthesis capabilities
• Adaptability, availability, and flexibility in a retail environment

Experience

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required, though retail or luxury brand exposure is advantageous.

Education

Business administration, marketing, or equivalent upper-level educational qualification.
