Bulgari Paris internship: 5-month Sales and Operations Support Assistant position in luxury jewelry and watches retail boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, attend to their comfort, and notify sales associates to ensure prompt service delivery
- Serve beverages to clients and provide support to sales associates during transactions
- Participate in promotional events and exhibitions organized by Bulgari Group boutiques
- Execute all inventory management operations according to established procedures and support the back-office team during stock takes
- Perform sales administration tasks, including client database management and data entry verification
- Receive, inspect, and log merchandise; register purchase transactions in the appropriate system and manage product labeling
- Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization standards
- Liaise with head office on operational matters
- Ensure compliance with boutique security protocols
- Support management in scheduling and staffing optimization while proposing process improvements
- Monitor and report on boutique KPIs including customer feedback and mystery shopping results; facilitate team engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Secondary education in commerce or marketing discipline
- Fluent English proficiency
