Bulgari Sales and Back Office Assistant internship in Cannes, France. Two-month position starting January 2027 for luxury retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee back-office operations and coordinate administrative tasks within the boutique
- Verify product receipts against invoices and reconcile discrepancies
- Record transactions in appropriate systems and maintain accurate records
- Manage customer service follow-up and support
- Serve as liaison between the boutique and head office
- Coordinate inter-boutique product transfers and manage stock movements
- Plan and execute inventory cycles, including rotating inventory counts, under manager supervision and in compliance with established procedures
- Supervise general store operations including mail handling, alarm systems, lift maintenance, and fire safety protocols
- Organize deliveries and manage customs documentation as required
- Manage point-of-sale operations and coordinate with accounting
- Ensure compliance with security and confidentiality protocols for store opening and closing procedures
- Welcome clients, manage waiting areas, alert sales associates when needed, and provide client beverage service during purchases
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's-level program or recent graduate of a commerce or business school
- Excellent French language proficiency
- Fluent English
- Demonstrated interest in high-jewelry and watchmaking sectors
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Well-organized and structured approach to work
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
