Bulgari Sales Administrator position in Beijing. Oversee retail store operations, inventory, and financial administration in a luxury watch and jewelry environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage 'General Service' activities in store, including safe and back office security protocols
- Oversee store safe counts and related inventory activities
- Prepare daily sales reports and file all invoices and documents
- Coordinate product repair management with customer service department and external workshop partners
- Liaison with Finance Department on cash management, payment requests, tax declarations, Fapiao procurement, and bank journal reconciliation
- Administer store housekeeping, staff attendance monitoring, leave recording, and documentation
Qualifications
- College degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline
- Accounting qualification certificate (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in Sales Administration within retail field in MNC or FIO environments
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail sector (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP

Experience
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Sales Administration within the retail field, preferably in multinational corporations or first-in-organization roles. Experience in the luxury retail sector is strongly preferred.
Education
College degree or above with a major in Business Administration or a related subject. Holder of an accounting qualification certificate is preferred.
