Bulgari Sales Administrator in Bangkok, Thailand – manage retail operations, inventory, and back-office support for luxury watches and jewellery retail store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise store operations administration, including quarterly and annual inventory cycles, with notification to team members and investigation of stock discrepancies
  • Oversee back-office data entry into POS systems, coordinate product receiving, verify physical inventory against invoices, and manage goods receipt discrepancies with regional logistics
  • Process inter-store transfers, coordinate monthly stock rebalancing between locations, and manage product buyback activities
  • Organize after-sale service activities including repair intake from sales staff, communication with service centers, and shipment coordination
  • Execute weekly price tagging activities across all inventory, request pricing tags from regional logistics, and ensure accurate product labeling
  • Handle customer inquiries via telephone regarding products, pricing, repairs, and transfers
  • Contact IT and system suppliers to resolve hardware and software malfunctions affecting store operations
  • Coordinate with maintenance vendors and suppliers on quarterly building maintenance, permits, licenses, and renovation requirements
  • Manage comprehensive administrative support including staff roster planning, leave management, petty cash processing, and uniform ordering and distribution
  • Oversee security guard roster management, vendor coordination for communications equipment and maintenance supplies, CCTV and safe maintenance, and pest control scheduling
  • Coordinate in-store customer events, including catering logistics and onsite setup support
  • Provide operational support for sales transactions including gift wrapping, payment processing, and customer packing
  • Prepare regular reports for store management including consumption reports, packaging inventory tracking, monthly sales summaries, and leave schedules
  • Execute ad-hoc duties and provide flexible support as required by store operations and management

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both Thai and English, spoken and written
  • Meticulous attention to detail with proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated knowledge of luxury retail business operations and standards
  • Strong understanding of store procedures, processes, and operational protocols
