Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise store operations administration and inventory activities.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and update the store manager.
- Advise on back-office activities including data entry and product receiving.
- Perform after-sales service activities and coordinate repairs.
- Conduct weekly price tagging and manage customer inquiries.
- Contact IT/system suppliers for hardware/software issues.
- Coordinate store maintenance and vendor management.
- Support administrative tasks such as roster planning and petty cash management.
- Assist in organizing in-store customer events.
- Prepare reports for the store manager and support ad-hoc duties.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Thai and English, both spoken and written.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of luxury business and store procedures.
- Understanding of CRM techniques and tools.
- Proficiency with store operation applications like Beanstore, CRM, and SAP.
