Role & Responsibilities
- Manage in‑store General Service operations, including safe custody and back‑office security procedures.
- Conduct store safe counts and oversee inventory controls and reconciliation activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and ensure systematic filing of invoices and all shop documentation.
- Coordinate product repairs with the Customer Service department and external workshops, and track repair progress.
- Act as liaison with Finance on cash management, payment requests, tax declarations, purchase Fapiao handling and bank journaling.
- Administer store housekeeping tasks such as safe maintenance and monitor staff attendance, leave and related records.
- Respond to client and prospect enquiries across phone, email and digital platforms regarding store location, product availability, pricing and product information.
- Perform front‑office after‑sales duties for final customers — estimate approvals, lead‑time updates, returns and repair invoicing — ensuring rapid resolution and sustained customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales administration within retail, preferably in a multinational company; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with daily retail store administrative procedures; holder of an accounting qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Customer service orientation, strong coordination skills, integrity and ability to work collaboratively with store teams.
- Knowledge of local government procedures and Chinese invoicing (Fapiao) processes.

Experience
At least 2 years' practical experience in sales administration within the retail sector, ideally at a multinational corporation; prior exposure to luxury retail operations is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline preferred; accounting certification is an advantage.
