Bulgari Paris: Safety and Security Manager (CDI) overseeing France, Belgium, and Monaco operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain safety and security procedures for personnel, property, and company assets according to Bulgari and Group standards
  • Ensure proper functioning of security systems across all sites in compliance with internal procedures (Store Essentials)
  • Oversee security for company-organized events
  • Supervise renovation and construction activities from a safety and security perspective
  • Verify compliance with applicable labor legislation and law enforcement requirements regarding workplace safety
  • Monitor security measures to meet insurance provider requirements
  • Plan and organize maintenance and renewal of security equipment
  • Conduct evaluations and audits in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Verify required certifications at retail locations, including document validity, expiration dates, filing, and archiving
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to plan and manage periodic personnel training on safety, security, and accident prevention per legislative requirements
  • Map accident risks across all work environments (retail and headquarters) and maintain the single accident prevention document in coordination with HR
  • Negotiate and manage security-related contracts
  • Create and track supplier orders in the IVALUA procurement system
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage security companies operating in retail locations in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Report and validate major decisions with headquarters security teams
  • Maintain relationships with Group security leadership to harmonize security measures during exceptional events in France

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in safety and security management
  • Fluency in French and English; Italian language is advantageous
  • Knowledge of French labor legislation and workplace safety compliance
  • Proficiency with IVALUA procurement platform or equivalent supply chain management systems
  • Understanding of insurance requirements for security systems and facility management
  • Familiarity with Bulgari Group security procedures and corporate standards
