Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and reinforce in-store and virtual training programmes for Store Managers and Client Advisors covering Bulgari client experience, selling techniques, collections, storytelling and brand history.
- Analyse existing learning content, identify capability gaps and collaborate with central training to create or localize materials for the US Northwest region.
- Upskill sales teams on watch knowledge, including high‑end complications and micro‑mechanics, and maintain awareness of the competitive watch market.
- Deliver retail coaching and conduct in‑store observations; provide actionable feedback to Store Directors and the Director of Training, North America.
- Manage onboarding processes for regional retail hires and track completion and effectiveness of learning activities.
- Monitor and administrate eLearning platforms for the assigned market, ensuring compliance and engagement.
- Create, monitor and report on store visit schedules and follow-up action plans tied to Mystery Shop and Voice of Client initiatives.
- Prepare, execute and follow up on ad‑hoc training projects and cross‑functional initiatives as required by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of experience in sales and/or training within a luxury retail environment.
- Extensive watch knowledge with strong understanding of high‑end complications and micro‑mechanics; FHH certification or equivalent is a strong asset.
- Supplemental credentials in gemmology/jewelry (e.g., GIA) are advantageous.
- Proven experience with eLearning platforms and digital training deployment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and competency managing departmental budget-related tasks and expense reporting.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50–70% and to operate with agility across varied professional settings.

Experience
Minimum five years of combined sales and/or training experience in a luxury retail environment, with demonstrable expertise in watches and client-facing coaching.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred; professional certifications such as FHH (watchmaking) or GIA (gemmology) are advantageous.
