Role & Responsibilities
- Execute point-of-sale activities for jewelry, timepieces, and accessories across boutique locations
- Identify and cultivate opportunities to strengthen client loyalty and repeat patronage
- Rapidly acquire and apply comprehensive product knowledge across jewelry, horology, and accessory collections
- Coordinate with after-sales service departments to address client repair requests and service needs
- Ensure retail environment compliance with company standards, including visual merchandising and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
- Recent graduate (graduating in 2027)
- Background in gemology, jewelry, or related discipline preferred
- Strong client service orientation and enthusiasm for frontline retail operations
