Bvlgari Retail Performance & CRM Analyst position in Miami/Coral Gables. Support sales analysis, client insights and CRM operations for Caribbean and Latin America region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Track retail sales data and identify trends and opportunities within the Caribbean and Latin America region
  • Provide analytical support during the setting of budgets, commercial targets, KPIs and performance metrics
  • Create insightful CRM reports to support retail, franchise, omnichannel, merchandising and marketing initiatives
  • Analyze client behaviors and demographics to support clienteling, product development and marketing strategies
  • Monitor retail and CRM KPI performance to ensure quick departmental reactivity and strategic alignment
  • Measure ROI and performance outcomes of campaigns, events, gifting initiatives and clienteling programs
  • Periodically review the client database for completeness, accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Review CRM reporting to ensure retail teams are properly documenting activities and client interactions
  • Consolidate gifting orders and regional feedback for timely submission to headquarters
  • Maintain inventory and strategic allocation of client gifts across retail locations
  • Support the organization of regional meetings, events and client experiences as required
  • Provide analytics to inform the creation of timely and targeted retail incentive programs
  • Perform post-incentive analysis to assess impact and optimize future initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date tracking, processing and management of CRM and hospitality event budgets
  • Ensure all CRM and hospitality event expenses are properly tracked and processed in a timely manner
  • Act as a sales and CRM insights resource to support regional strategic initiatives
  • Provide CRM analysis and insights to support product development initiatives
  • Deliver client insights to inform marketing communications and event strategies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales analysis, data analysis or related analytical roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrable knowledge of CRM systems such as SAP CRM, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to extract and interpret complex data sets
  • Proven ability to translate data insights into compelling business narratives
  • Deep understanding of Caribbean and Latin American market dynamics, consumer behaviors and retail landscapes
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and team-oriented approach
  • Strong ethical foundation and demonstrated alignment with luxury industry values
  • Exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese (preferred)
