Bulgari Italia seeks Retail Marketing Intern in Rome, supporting retail events and CRM strategy in a hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of in-store and out-of-store events, retail animations, and client experiences, including logistics coordination, stakeholder management, and graphic material creation
- Assist in developing boutique guidelines for effective implementation of marketing activities and events
- Support development of campaigns dedicated to events, customer tracking, and client engagement
- Contribute to the development and implementation of gifting strategy
- Draft monthly cross-functional newsletters for retail stores
- Support creation of PowerPoint presentations for post-event feedback and retail & CRM strategy presentations
- Assist with budget management, including negotiation phases and payment processing
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Solid problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
